Our professional homeowner’s association sales team has over 30 years of combined experience. This kind of experience means we understand the needs of homeowners, board members, property managers, as well as the architecture of buildings and are capable of coming along side you to make window and door recommendations based on building style, color, unit type, etc to assure the windows and doors not only fit properly but perform properly as well. Our vast selection of product offerings allows us to recommend the best solution for each individual application. Over the years, we’ve also learned that there is a value in working with an engineer on window and door replacement projects. We have long standing relationships with several firms that we will often collaborate with prior to making final window and door recommendations.

We understand that your time is valuable; therefore our sales representatives are glad to make arrangements to meet with board members, property managers, and members of the community etc. to discuss window replacement, products, and solutions for your building(s). We will put together a presentation tailored to your needs and demonstrate products either at one of your board meetings or in our showroom. We also offer “Lunch and Learn” seminars for property managers that will help educate you on various aspects of windows and doors as well as window and door replacement. Woodland has many professional affiliations such as CAI (Community Associations Institute) and ACTHA (Association of Condominium, Townhome, and Homeowner’s Association) and has participated in various speaking engagements.

In addition to the sales team, our full-time installation coordinator has experience working with board members and property managers alike to facilitate and coordinate a smooth installation project.
