Special Needs of Properties
Smith Family Construction required high quality, low maintenance (interior and exterior) windows that had to meet a Design Pressure 26. Exterior installation was required for this project.
Custom Solutions for Properties
Woodland provided an installation system with steel reinforced mullions to ensure the stability design pressure that the architect and builder required. A custom width patio door was ordered for unit owners who are physically challenged and the egress windows met the criteria for the townships safety codes. Woodland utilized a lift system to meet the exterior installation requirements.
