We'd like to thank you for choosing Woodland Windows & Doors for your window and/or door replacement project.
Homeowners
Once we receive your signed contract and deposit, the order timeline begins. Generally, based on your product selection and service requirements, you can expect your installation to be scheduled between six and twelve weeks from when your signed contract and deposit are received. Installation dates are determined by product lead time (provided there are no delays from the manufacturer), availability in our installation calendar, and any additional service(s) that you may have selected.
Our project coordinator will contact you either by phone or via email to schedule appointment for your remeasure. You can expect to be contacted within 72 hours of placing your order. After your re-measure is complete, our project coordinator will contact you again to forecast installation date(s) so you have enough time to prepare and ensure that your home is available on the day(s) of your scheduled installation.
Woodland Windows & Doors is fully committed to meeting your needs and expectations. However, in rare cases, circumstances beyond our control may delay your installation.

We decided to replace all our windows in our condo at the Portals in Lincoln Park this fall. This installation began on December 23, and due to the holiday was completed on December 29 as scheduled, a total of 4 working days. We replaced 7 windows and our sliding glass door with Anderson windows. First of all, I would like to say how pleased I am with the look of the windows themselves and the door. I think for our condo it has improved the overall interior appearance, and I can tell the finished product is much superior to what we had previously.
