Warehouse and Installation Teams

Our installation and warehouse crews are the backbone of our business. These teams take inventory of all incoming merchandise from our manufacturers, deliver it to your home and install your windows. We don't subcontract any of our work; every single window installation, door installation and millwork job come through our sales team to our talented installation crew. Our crew then does the work.
When Woodland comes to your home to complete a window, door or millwork project, our professional and experienced crew will answer any questions you have, clean up after themselves, and treat your home like their own.

Homeowner Sales Team

Our knowledgeable & professional product specialists are trained not only on product but also on improving personal character and will educate you about the products and services we offer. The inside sales consultants can walk you through the showroom and offer product demonstrations, answer any questions you have and are willing to let you learn at your own pace. Feel free to stop in and someone will be more than willing to give you a tour and identify the best product for your needs.

Outside Sales Team

We offer FREE, no-obligation, in-home estimates. Our in-home product specialists can arrange meetings at your home, in accordance with your availability. Your sales appointment will be informative and offer a no-pressure experience. They will provide a detailed written proposal for your window or door project and can offer ideas that will install beautifully and integrate seamlessly.
In addition to our showroom, we also offer FREE window school workshops that focus on what to look for in windows and doors. These workshops are offered multiple times throughout the year.

Homeowner Association Sales Team

Our professional We understand that your time is valuable; therefore our sales representatives are glad to make arrangements to meet with board members, property managers, and members of the community etc. to discuss window replacement, products, and solutions for your building(s). We will put together a presentation tailored to your needs and demonstrate products either at one of your board meetings or in our showroom. We also offer “Lunch and Learn” seminars for property managers that will help educate you on various aspects of windows and doors as well as window and door replacement. Woodland is a part of CAI (Community Associations Institute) and ACTHA (Association of Condominium, Townhome, and Homeowner’s Association) and has participated in various speaking engagements.
In addition to the sales team, our full-time installation coordinator has experience working with board members and property managers alike to facilitate and coordinate a smooth installation project.

Contractor Sales Team

Our contractor team is composed of knowledgeable and professional product consultants that have over 37 years of combined experience. Each of the members on the team is continually trained by our vendors and has experience working with builders, architects, and homeowners. Our goal is to provide a single point of contact with a familiar face.
We gladly allow contractors and builders to use our showroom to demonstrate product to their customers, however our primary focus is to bridge the gap between the contractor and the homeowner. We facilitate by working with the homeowner on product selection, colors, hardware and screen options, grille options, etc leaving only the unit size, jamb size, and handing responsibility to the contractor. We are so detailed and knowledgeable that contractors and builders can spend more time in the field and less time on the focusing on the details.
We have the ability to coordinate site visits and offer measuring services upon request. We can provide literature and corner samples if necessary. Each one of our representatives has the ability to provide detailed blue print take-offs with quick response and turnaround times.
Another service that we offer for contractors are various” Lunch and Learn” opportunities. Our many manufacturers and trained sales representatives offer various seminars throughout the year to enhance your business, increase your product knowledge, and offer you tools to increase revenue. Some seminars offer continuing education units.
Commercial Sales Team
Our commercial sales team works closely with commercial builders and architects alike. Our hands-on sales team has many years of window and door experience and has been through intensive training courses provided by many of our vendors. Our team’s knowledge of the industry and attention to detail is what sets us apart from our competitors.
Our commercial sales team is known for their problem solving, solution based approach to projects. Custom window and door solutions are frequently required in the commercial and architectural fields and our team has the expertise and products to make these solutions a reality. From the very beginning of the project, our team will work with architects and building owners by putting together a budget, writing specifications and helping with design solutions.
We commonly work on historic preservation projects that require one of a kind window and door solutions. We look forward to working on these projects and developing replacement windows that match the building’s original aesthetic appeal, have smoother operation and increased energy efficiency. Our team also has expertise in working with architects and contractors on new construction projects as well.
Our team will do what it takes to suitably complete the project. From blue print take offs or infield measuring to CAD drawings, jobsite delivery professional installation and using our own service department after the sale. Our team will work with building and management teams, property managers, and superintendents to coordinate scheduling, installation and post-installation service. As a value added service to our commercial customers, we offer “Lunch and Learn” opportunities including credited seminars to maintain continuing education credits.

Our service department is dedicated to insure proper performance of products purchased and/or installed by Woodland Windows and Doors. Our service technician is trained and ready to take care of issues you may have with the products after the sale. We also have a fully stocked service truck.

Reception

Marge, our receptionist, handles all aspects of greeting our clients, handles all incoming calls, organizes a multitude of office projects and always has a smile on her face. She is always ready and able to help any client, vendor or employee with any project.

Accounting

Our talented and friendly accounting department handles every aspect of our finances. Incoming bills, outgoing invoices, payroll and more fall on their capable shoulders. Through the course of the year they handle a variety of projects and keep our business running smoothly at all times. They are ready to help any client make payment arrangements and also handle our financing through Wells Fargo.
